Red Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 oz Los Chileros Red Enchilada Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pan, heat oil on medium high heat until hot.
  • In a separate bowl, blend enchilada mix with water until smooth.
  • Add to hot oil and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  • Use this sauce to cover enchiladas while baking, or use to cover burritos or any of your favorite foods.
