cubed beef or pork steak

Los Chileros Mild Chile Molido – Hatch New Mexico Red Chile

garlic

water

flour
salt to taste
Instructions
Melt shortening, add meat and flour. Fry.
Add garlic, salt and Mild Chile Powder, and blend well.
Add water and let simmer for one and a half hours, stirring occasionally.
