Red Chile Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Los Chileros Chimayo Blend New Mexico Red Chile
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all in food processor and using the ‘pulse’, mix until well blended.
  • Dish into individual ramekins or larger bowl if desired. Chill in refrigerator.
  • This is great on baked potatoes or corn-on-the-cob.
