unsalted butter
room temperature

chopped garlic

Los Chileros Chimayo Blend New Mexico Red Chile
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all in food processor and using the ‘pulse’, mix until well blended.
Dish into individual ramekins or larger bowl if desired. Chill in refrigerator.
This is great on baked potatoes or corn-on-the-cob.
