Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3-1/2 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Los Chileros Mexican Oregano
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 6oz Los Chileros Chile Caribe
  • 4 pork steaks

Instructions
 

  • Combine entire package with all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth, yet containing seeds.
  • Pour chile mixture over pork and marinate for 24 hours.
  • To cook, place pork steaks and sauce in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
