Grilled Swordfish Steaks
Ingredients
- 4 Swordfish Steaks 1 inch thick
- 2 limes cut into wedges
- Los Chileros Taos Steak & Fish Rub
Instructions
- Rub seasoning on both sides of each steak.
- Heat gas grill on High for 10 minutes with lid closed. If using charcoal, when coals are covered with a light layer of ash, about 30 minutes.
- Cook steaks 4 inches above coals, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
- Squeeze lime wedges over steaks and serve immediately.
- Serve with mixed green salad topped with Los Chileros Firecracker Dressing and vegetables.
