You will enjoy the sweet, nutty flavor of this delicious popcorn. Can be popped in microwave,hot air popper or stove top following appliance manufacturer’s directions.
TO POP:
3 Tbs. Oil
4 oz. popcorn
On the Stove: Large Sauce Pan with heavy lid. Preheat oil on high heat in the bottom of pan for approximately 90 seconds or until HOT!. Add popcorn to pan and cover. Lower heat slightly and agitate pan until the popcorn ceases to pop. Empty into serving bowl and salt to taste.
In the Microwave: Place 4 oz. popcorn in Microwave Popcorn Bowl and add the 3 Tbs. oil (optional). Put lid on popper and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Cooking times vary depending on microwave; when popping slows to 1 or 2 seconds between pops, remove from oven. Bowl will be HOT!Overcooking will cause popcorn to burn. Add salt to taste.
