Red Chile Butter
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Los Chileros Chimayo Blend New Mexico Red Chile
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all in food processor and using the ‘pulse’, mix until well blended.
- Dish into individual ramekins or larger bowl if desired. Chill in refrigerator.
- This is great on baked potatoes or corn-on-the-cob.
