Ingredients
- 3 Los Chileros Negro Chiles
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 large red onion
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and soak chiles for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove seeds from chiles, and combine remaining ingredients in a blender with water used to boil chiles. Blend to desired consistency. Salt to taste.
- Use as an enchilada sauce, or serve with blue corn tortilla chips as a dip.
