Ingredients
- 1 tbsp shortening
- 1 lb cubed beef or pork steak
- 6 tbsp Los Chileros Mild Chile Molido – Hatch New Mexico Red Chile
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt shortening, add meat and flour. Fry.
- Add garlic, salt and Mild Chile Powder, and blend well.
- Add water and let simmer for one and a half hours, stirring occasionally.
