Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 3-1/2 cups water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Los Chileros Mexican Oregano
- 1/2 medium onion
- 6oz Los Chileros Chile Caribe
- 4 pork steaks
Instructions
- Combine entire package with all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth, yet containing seeds.
- Pour chile mixture over pork and marinate for 24 hours.
- To cook, place pork steaks and sauce in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
