How to use Achiote Paste:
Achiote paste is associated with the cuisine of the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico and imparts a deep red color and mild flavor. Usually, it is rubbed on chicken, seafood or pork.
Dilute paste in vinegar or olive oil with a little salt to marinate 6 1/2 lbs. of beef, pork, poultry or fish.
