Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Los Chileros Blue Corn Waffle & Pancake Mix
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine Los Chileros Blue Corn Waffle & Pancake Mix, one beaten egg and milk. Pour desired amount into a preheated pan and flip once brown on both sides.
Blue Corn Waffles

- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions
